Experimenting with cloud again which I failed several days ago. I did this experiment for 50 minutes. This time I am more satisfied than the previous cloud experiment since it is more convinced to me that it looks more like cloud. Also, I was trying to remember on how to make the backgrounds less plain as sky, using the line transition.
Before doing this experiment, I looked again on references of cloud photos. I copied it to graphics gale and reduce the color depth into 4 colors. It made me easier to get the pattern. After that, I made the cloud again from scratch while making the pattern I learned from the image.
I moved today. I'm so tired. Here's a quick doodle.
I'm not sure where this is headed. Perhaps a more disturbing version of "One flew over the cuckoo's nest"? Anyway, might not be the right thing for my weekly game as I probably only have time on sunday.

Would love to have more time to study art, but college, job, couses and parallel projects are taking it all from me T.T
Some character design sketches for a character in this long-running project between me and my gf. This is Janae.
I've basically had to relearn how to draw full bodies in my sketchbook as of late. Today I attempted to correct common mistakes I make in profile views of legs in standing positions. I did manage to borrow a tablet for long enough to doodle something in sketchbook pro at work, but it isn't particularly interesting. My Surface Pro 3 is supposed to arrive tomorrow! I'm looking forward to getting back to digital croquis and upload a lot of my back catalog since this repair fiasco started...

Made some more bushes/plantlife for the forest. I like where it's headed.
Favorite Normal Type. I've always loved Meowth and Persian! I kinda wanted to fit more cats in, but that would've been too much. Done in watercolor and a bit of color pencil.
I can't tell yet. I'm hoping it comes together because I really feel like I should see the likeness at this point...

Gnana's home in oku (formerly The Readers) is going to go through a few more iterations. That new addition on the left is a balcony. I'm just going to keep building out from here. Also, wondering if I should change the color of the rug in the living room again.
