i attempted a full portrait of meowth, but i fucked up big time, so i'm just submitting the pre-sketches i do before pictures today.
(ignore that leavanny on the back page lol)
my take on leavanny. went crazy with textures and kinda messed up at some parts. i posted the older version too. i guess to remind myself that i'm always getting better
so this was an okay sketch and i wanted to try a different kind of shading, but i started doing something subconscious and it just came out a mess...i may reattempt this.
not as happy with this one, but i was kinda tired and had to force myself to draw what i did. last rodent pokemon i swear
i've been wanting to draw this guy for a while, but i felt like i didn't have the skill for it until now. i feel like i've learned a lot these past 30 days. and now that it's gonna be over i'm almost sad. anyway...onward!
drew a lot today
old zelda boss if anyone remembers. be neat to see that colored
in the middle, started working on bun race and i guess that'll be the finalized design for now
lastly my favorite old school legendary birb. composition turned out really good
sketchdump! i've been drawing for the past few days...
unfinished moltres sketch because i didn't like the pose i started on. when there's nothing new i can bring out within the subject, i tend to lose interest in it.
Favorite Legendary. Wow, I actually did it. I completed the challenge. That's no easy feat. I didn't feel like putting much effort into the last picture. To put it short, I'm tired of drawing Pokemon. I'll start something new tomorrow.
Mega Evolution. As interesting, odd, and silly mega evolution is sometimes, some Pokemon have Mega Evolutions that look pretty neat. Cat decided it was a good time to play as I was painting, so I didn't really get out of it what I wanted out of the picture. Dumb cat. D:<
Favorite Fairy type. Decided to draw an actual fairy. If Clefairy was real, I'd have this many. So many.
Favorite Ground type: Sandshrew and Sandslash, though I really didn't have the energy to do more. Meh..
Favorite Fire type. Day 23, give it up for day 23...could've done a lot better on the coloring. But I lost patience for it like half way through when I realized I picked the wrong color for the reddish fur. I need to practice inking. Or get better with coloring.
Favorite Flying type. I have a lot of different flying type favs, but Pidgeot was like the perfect birb to go flying around the region on. Tried gouache and it handles easier than watercolor. Will try using it more in the future.
