Still trying to figure out an isometric/orthographic pixel style I can use for games.

i tried not to take my pen off the page for a lot of these. i also played with the colors a little on my phone to see what that was like.

Children's book illustration work today. Tried working in goauche with surprisingly impressive results. I'm sticking with it. These are just mockups, but I do wanna try layering some more colors on them to see how well goache does with it

I wanted to do something different today... So it's neon purple (purple with layer on screen) on black. I tried standard and opposite colouring for eyes. Which do you prefer? Just some randomness.... Including a mini-sketch of what I dreamed about two mornings ago: a Pancake Stapler.

Favorite Flying type. I have a lot of different flying type favs, but Pidgeot was like the perfect birb to go flying around the region on. Tried gouache and it handles easier than watercolor. Will try using it more in the future.
