The Great Destroyer is a Co-op FPS action game, set on the planet Mars during the far flung future. You (and your buddy, if that option is chosen,) are a Space Marine, guarding a dig site on mars, that has recently unearthed an alien temple, of unknown origin. Despite first contact being many years ago, these ruins do not match any known race's architecture. Therefore, many Pirates, Swindlers and Robbers are trying to get into the temple and steal artifacts. Its your job to keep them out. What you don't expect, however, is your Commander, his Lieutenant, and a large number of your contingent, going rouge and occupying the structure. It is now up to you (and your buddy,) to infiltrate the temple, take down the Commander and Lieutenant, and stop them from disturbing whatever may lie within. As you (and your buddy) descend down, and progress through out the game, you pick up strange weapons, weird enhancements, fight loads of rebel troops, accidentally unleash the droid security system, and eventually, reach the core of the structure. There, you find the Commander and Lieutenant, standing in-front of a great beam of pure energy. Turns out, the Temple is in fact a giant super-weapon, able to obliterate all sentient species from any chosen planet. Can you (and your buddy) stop your comrades from activating The Great Destroyer?

The Birthday is a first person psychological game, set in the middle of the bush. Its your fathers birthday, and for the occasion, you and him have gone up to your under-construction Holiday House, sitting in the middle of dense bush overlooking the ocean. A truly magical place. As you explore the framework of the house, your father says he needs to check on the seats in the small picnic area down the side path. You watch as he turns the corner. What should be a five minute trip turns into half an hour, before you decide to race down to find him. All you find, sitting on one of the chairs, is the hat he was wearing. There is only one place he could have gone; into the bush. The house is located in the corner of a 14 Hectare property, made almost entirely out of native plants, that you as the player are free to explore at your own will. But make sure you hurry to find your father. There is only a few hours of daylight left, you don't have any sort of survival gear, and you know from experience that there are wild pigs somewhere in the area. Players must use logic, reasoning, and good observation, if they want to make any headway in there search. Maybe they caught a glimpse of a shadowy figure far away? maybe they found their fathers Watch, caught on a tree? All you know, is that this will not be your fathers Final Birthday.

Love Bombed is a third person single player open world freeform shooter. You play as an ordinary citizen of New York City, working a 9-5 job, earning just enough to support yourself, and generally not getting along with anyone. But then Fate shines itself in your direction. Aphrodite, the Greek Goddess of Love, has watched you from afar, and decided to Curse you. Why? Because the Greek Gods are known for doing random things. It was Poseidon's fault the Minotaur was created, after all. Either way, you become infused with the Power of Love, a literal beacon of all things beautiful in the world. It is now your duty to spread this love. You proceed out you apartment door, to find you can see the anger, hate, and loathing within the citizens of New York. You can travel anywhere in New York city, from Queens to the Bronx, spreading Love amongst the general population. You do this by literally shooting love from your hands, draining love from yourself into the targeted citizen. You can only do this so many times before you need a love recharge. You charge up by visiting major tourist attractions, and empowering yourself from the background love that every citizen has for the city. Completely filling one of the Five Boroughs with love will grant you more favour with Aphrodite, giving you additional ways to spread love, such as the Love Bomb, where you call a great burst of Love from the sky! watch out New York City, its time to be Love Bombed.

Appliance Gallery Ghost Hunt is a First Person Asymmetrical Multiplayer game, taking place in a modern Art Gallery. For some reason, the current displays are all Household Appliances, from Kettles and Toasters, to Washing Machines and Fridges. Again, for some reason, what seems to be a Possessive Spirit has entered the Gallery, and is Flitting from Appliance to Appliance, causing mischief. It is up to the 3 of you, the Ghost Whisperers', to track down and remove this Spirit. To do this, you need to stare at the Appliances. Enjoy the Modern Art. But keep your ears open. For the Spirit, while hiding, cannot stop giggling. Traveling around the Appliances drains its energy, so it does need to spend some time in each appliance to build its energy back up. Should you see or hear any appliance acting suspicious, be sure to immediately spray it with you Antiplasm. The ghost will be forced out, and have a major amount of its energy drained. It will also no longer be able to go back into that appliance. Should the Ghost run out of energy while outside an appliance, it will dissipate, securing the win for the Ghost Wisperers. But they only have a Limited Supply of Antiplasm. If it runs out (or time expires), the Spirit wins the match, so don't spray it around freely. Its a oddly strange day for an Appliance Gallery Ghost Hunt.

You play an unnamed scientist, who wakes up inside the dormitories after apparently having been knocked out. The area is completely disserted, with only red emergency lighting to greet you. A voice comes over on the loudspeaker, identifying itself as Eugenie Clark, Head Marine Biologist. Something has entered the base and either captured or killed most of the personnel, there are leaks in several sections, with full site submergence expected in 12 hours, and there is only 1 working Submarine left. The Leviathan and Serpent Bases have gone dark. No help is coming. Your goal is to try and make your way to said submarine, while avoiding the 'things' that have invaded, rescuing survivors, and attempting to drain vital sections of the Base. (Pressurized External Suit) to navigate, due to flooding. You will find yourself running all over, as you attempt to keep water levels down, to stop generators from shorting out, to allow you to pass through security doors, to finally get to the Submarine with your motley crew of Survivors. Assuming you don't get eaten first. Can you survive the Kraken?

Race to the sun is a multiplayer 1st/3rd-person online party game, designed for 4-64 players. Players spawn at different points within a very large map, containing several landmasses. Players can choose to team up or go solo, to complete the objective. Said objective, is to build a tower from the surrounding resources, reaching so high that players can literally 'touch' the sun (aka the top of the skybox). Players are able to attack and destroy other players towers, harvesting valuable resources from the ruins. The winner(s) are whoever are the first 10 people to 'touch the sun', or whoever does so within 2 minutes of the first player doing so, In order to allow both solo and team play within the same game. This number is modified depending on the number of players within the game at the time. Towers can be built from anything the player is able to obtain, from dirt, sand or wood, to mined metals and other rare building materials. But you have to make sure your tower is structurally sound, as both Physics and Weather are present within the game. Towers can, and most likely will, fall down at least once per game. Defend your tower, attack others, and keep building higher. These are what you need to do, to Race to the Sun.

The year is 2092. Mankind has reached a stage where emerging technologies and medicines are no longer able to be properly regulated. It was only a matter of time. A mad scientist, Victor Pesper, has created a virus that degrades higher mental functions, turning humans into feral, instinctive creatures: The Ghouls. The Zombie Apocalypse has been unleashed. But not all hope is lost. Another scientist, the brilliant Tony Scapelli has created the ultimate android warrior: A Wild West Cowboy.

The Gunslinger, is a first-person rail-shooter arcade game, where you play as The Gunslinger, a robotic cowboy, with the strength of twenty men, the eye of a hawk, and the legs of a bull. Or at least, that's what he keeps telling himself. Armed only with your dual Six-Shooters, an internal ammo printer, and a badly drawn map, it is up to you to make your way through Kemo City, blasting Ghouls left and right as you head towards Pespers Lair. There would be 10 distinctive levels for you to progress through, from the Sparking Port, the Tepid Sewers, and the Flaming Projects. Along the way, you expand your arsenal of weapons with futuristic ray guns, laser swords, and Proton grenades. Become the ultimate warrior. Become the robot who saved the world.
Become The Gunslinger.

You are Joe.
Joe works as a aircraft captain for Air New Zealand.
You're next flight will be from Auckland to Sydney.
Three Hours, Thirty Five Minutes.

In Real Time.

The Tasman Crossing is a 2D first person flight simulator, where you fly passengers from Auckland International Airport to Sydney International Airport, and then back again. In Real Time. Its not as easy as it sounds as you deal with the fact that not only is their not much to do for the next 3 and a half hours, but that the autopilot on this plane has been disabled for maintenance, mean course correction is required every few minutes. Suffer from an emergency landing, and your going to need to travel in coach on a different aircraft, all the way back to the airport you departed from. In Real Time. A successful Landing at your destination will net you exactly 1 point. As will the return flight. And all sequential flights. Luckily you only need 100 points to win, so it shouldn't take you that long; only about three hundred and fifty nine hours. Oh, and since the game is so easy, the option to save the game would not be added; A single sitting is all that should be required to finish this game.

Final Call for Flight MDS185 to Sydney...
