got an m42->pk adapter and put the funny gigantic vivitar 85-205 f3.8 on it.
NOT a fun setup to hold its TOO heavy.
but dang it sure can portrait nice. this shot was at 205mm & wide open and is def a bit too compressed for portraiture, it squishes Finn's face pretty flat. but dang look at that tasteful softness.
(this was the best shot out of 20 i took of the cats. would like to try this lens outside and at tighter apertures but its a heat index 110f day today so NO.)

out of focus has been appealing to me again, been taking shots where i just point the camera vaguely at my subject without looking in the viewfinder

i took this shot sooo long ago im soooo bad at editing concert photos now
