I reinstalled my drivers, but I want to make some cleaning and be sure it'll not break "tomorrow"...
I started a bit of 3D but actually nothing much as I just started. Not sure if I will have something more advance to show.
I've started working on a game too! It should be a short project, but we'll see. I have a bad habit of never finishing game stuff. Here are the characters, who I thought of and drew today. Screenshots presented in a 90s gaming magazine style.
Favorite Fairy type. Decided to draw an actual fairy. If Clefairy was real, I'd have this many. So many.
Figured I should introduce you guys to the culprit who sat on my tablet whilst working. Cats are such strange creatures. ('tis my first cat)
Grad student Kate Wilson sits at base camp with her archaeology Professor Ernesto Diaz, guide Miguel Costa, and classmate Robin Jones discussing the next leg of their journey up the Mt Ausangate in Central Peru. There is supposedly a lost city of the Inca Empire at the top, although the actual details are vague. Why would the Incas build a city at the top of this lonely mountain? The Spanish invaders in the 16th century never found it, so why was it abandoned? What mysteries will the team uncover when they reach the top of...
The Mountain.
(A new point and click adventure game I'm making)
It has been taking me an unusually long time to recover from a workout I did at the beginning of the week. I still don't have my full range of motion in my arms back yet - I have trouble touching my own chest or putting my hands on my ribs just below the pectoral area. I seem to be improving at least, so I expect this pain to fade by the end of the week.
I'm building a game with a friend in the area and the concept is for a space shooter. I've been using Maya for several years, but just recently decided to step up my game with ZBrush.
Besides some stuff that was just for messing around on, this is my first complete (well, mostly complete) model.
C&C welcome especially pertaining to hard surface techniques!
