Who hasn't pretended the floor to be lava when they were younger? Now imagine that concept brought to the oculus rift experience. I thought of adding additional features to the original idea of the floor is lava to be a fun game, for example, it would the floor would be like a board divided by 64x64 blocks, there would be only two different blocks, one textured as rocks and the other one as lava, it would be a game for two people, both players would start at opposite corners and the goal is to reach the block where the other player started. Moving through the blocks is only possible by jumping, and you cannot jump more than one block at a time, also some of the rock blocks would turn into lava after one second or less, if you die you will re spawn at the starting point. So the game is basically a race to see who can reach the other side of the board first.

Report from Dunham is a single player horror game where you play Dave Dunham, a passionate oceanographer and journalist who has gone too far with the legend of the Bermuda Triangle. He was obsessed to know why and how all those aircrafts and ships disappeared mysteriously while they crossed the triangle, through the fog. Because he couldn't find any plausible reason he got crazy and decided to experience it himself. He would go with a one-seater submarine he previously worked with as oceanographer.
However, this is the first time that he would go so deep, and is not sure whether the submarine will resist the abyssal zone pressure.
Before few cinematics and as the character gets near from the Bermuda Triangle you start and take control of the submarine. The scene starts by night, the water is troubled and you barely can see further four meters. The cockpit is tiny so you better not be claustrophobic. Dunham records himself with a microphone and all the reports are directly transmitted to his website. As you evolve closer from the Triagnle zone, appearing on the radar, the atmosphere gets heavier.
When you finally enter the zone, the submarine starts to shake and suddenly stops. Dave is scared, his heartbeats start to get faster and he knows that the journey is about to begin, or to end.
The engine is equiped of robotic arms and submarine torpedoes that can be fired in case of danger available in a limited number as well as mines.
As you get deeper with the submarine, the water gets more troubled. Your vision decreases, the only light you have is the two spots located on the front of the submarine. Dunham reports every single detail and as you navigate forward, the vessel starts to shake again, but stronger. Suddenly something dramatically hits the engine and Dave collapses.
When he wakes up, a hushed voice can be heard and it sounds like it's coming from everywhere. It's the complete dark, the front spots aren't working anymore and the only thing still lightened is the control pad. Dave is dizzy, he can't understand what the voice says.. Until he does right in his ear.
"Further" the voice says.
Instead of getting scared Dave starts to follow it unconsciously, going deeper and deeper. You will fight against horrific and mysterious entities from the abyss and discover new techniques to beat them as you evolve. When you finish the game, Dave makes a huge discovery that will leave humanity wordless. He will leave a last report.
Shadowslash is a fast paced multiplayer arena game. The game allows up to ten players, or generates NPC fighters to balance the amount of players. The game has no campaign, and revolves around purely multiplayer combat to the death. The players play as ninja warriors that move as shadows across the map to attempt to slash the other player with their katana. The game would require intense precision, as it would appear to consist of 'quickshot' style combat from the Call of Duty franchise. If anyone has played Dishonored, they would understand the character Corvo has the ability to warp/teleport to another location in his field of vision. The player is able to hold down a button and quickly slow down time for a brief period of time to where the other player is. I would like to use this ability to work off for the attack for my game, as I believe it would grant intense possibilities for gameplay. The player could leap from a height and quickly warp to a player across the map and attack them in one strike. I believe one hit kills would be sensible and enhance the fast paced premise of the game.
Here are images that represents the warriors the player plays as, and the warping ability.
The character, who is controlled by the player, is a little boy (or girl) age four or five years old. He/she wakes up at midnight and fined himself lying in a dark forest. There are many dreadful sound in the surrounding. The player has to follow the light from firefly to find the way out of this forest.
The game is an ACT game, the player needs to help the character to shun monster and try to collect luminous flowers as much as possible to withstand the attacking from them. The character could not run for a long time, because of the limited physical power. Also, running through underbrush might make noise which attracts the attacking of dangerous animals. The role will be killed, if any enemy grabs him or fall into pits. When the player collects enough luminous flowers, he could kill the monster or could use the flower to slow it down.
There are five Edward bears in each stage. After finishing a stage, the player could use Edward bears to upgrade some skills, such as running faster, jumping higher and need less flowers to release the power.

Battle Pocket is an android augmented reality game and is sort of a mix between street pass and Pokémon. You as the player own a monster which can be modified and upgraded however you like. You can customise its looks, equipment, skills, and personality all of which determine how well it does in battles. Battles occur when you walk past someone who also has the game installed. During the battle the player does not control the monster, the monster is controlled but an advanced artificial intelligence which is manipulated by the player out of battle. Battles can be viewed at any time so the player can continue on with his day and check on the results of the battle later. By winning battle you gain equipment or experience points which can be used to upgraded and level up you monster. Other game play includes two Training modes, basic training, where you place your monster to slowly gain experience points and advanced training, where your monster battles the monsters he has previous lost to until he finally wins against the other monster.
You are a living being of fire, summoned to the human world by a simple flint stone spark to light a campfire for a group of tourists. You are happy to provide someone your near infinite warmth and joy as long as they don't forget to feed you your most favorite meals... You keep them warm and cozy through the cold night and then... they try to extinguish you?! The petty mortals... oh, you will teach them a lesson for trying to stomp you into the dirt, you will show them who is boss around here!
General idea: the player starts the game in the midst of an almost extinguished campfire, as a tiny flame clinging to the last of the dry-wood that you haven't eaten during the night. Your goal - survive, find more food to fuel your strength, and allow you to grow and eventually encompass the entire forest to show those petty humans, that they are powerless against a true force of nature.
Mechanics: as a flame your only source of "food" is anything flammable around you. You have to find a way out of the campfire pit and find more stuff to burn to be able to grow. Eventually the people will find out about the spreading fire and start bringing in helicopters and planes with water trying to douse you. You need to be able to quickly consume large territories of fuel to compensate for the regions, that have been doused with water. To achieve this goal the player can control the fire locally with a TPS kind of view of the flame and globally by pretty much teleporting to any region already engulfed in the fire. Everything in the game world has it's burn duration and probability to catch fire. The player can direct the furious flames to a new target at one location and immediately move to another to select a new target while the previous one gets slowly (or quickly) consumed by the fire.
Difficulty: Weather effects will aid or disrupt your progress depending on the difficulty level. If you start out in summer when there were no rainfalls for a while the trees and dry grass will be easy to consume, if you are summoned during a storm you might have difficulty even getting out of the camp fire pit. When you reach a certain size (also depending on the difficulty) the humans will start throwing more and more people and water at you trying to stop your progress. If the fire is large enough and you encounter a river then the wind can help you get across, but that same wind can easily blow you out if you make a mistake while getting out of the fire pit.
The map will feature natural forest vegetation adjusted to the time of year and difficulty level, it will also include jaeger and hunter cabins scattered around the forest (they will include so nifty stuff to boost your power, like petrol or hunting rifle ammo with gun powder). It will also feature natural obstacles for the forest fire
The game is designed for PC, XBox and Playstation with controls aimed towards twinstick joysticks. It can also be adapted to mobile touchscreen devices.
For the purpose of upholding the player interest the game will incorporate Global and Friends High Score tables for competition, and also allow up to 4 players to compete on the same map trying to consume the largest territory.

Trapped in a dark dungeon, you must fight and find your way out to freedom. The game begins with the main character waking up with one arm chained to a horizontal underground pipe. You are able to hear screams and roars echoing through the pipe. The HUD is very minimal. The only HUD visible is the amount of ammunition the player currently holds, which is 1. As the horrible sounds begin to grow larger, danger is imminent. A 6 round revolver is visible on the ground next to you, with a text popup that says "Press E to pick up". As the player picks up the revolver, another text will display: "Press Lmb to shoot chain". The chains will be broken free as the player shoots, and a small text guide of the movement keys will be displayed. You encounter a dangerous muscly zombie, and you run away with the simple first person movements of jumping and sprinting. Health is not shown, but expressed as a bloodshot screen. The more bloodshot the screen is, the closer you are to dying.
Weapons of variety will be scattered around the dungeon. Ammunition will be very scarce; therefore melee weapons will be the main weapon choice of combat. Enemies will be constantly appearing with ranging difficulties. Enemies will drop coins, and coins can be used to purchase ammunition or weapons at checkpoints. Puzzles of various kinds are required to be solved to advance in the game e.g. finding pieces of a code written on the wall.

Bewitched Cards is a RPG story based bird's eye view game made for PC and consoles. It is set in an industrial revolution/steam punk fantasy word where you play as a magician that uses magical cards and wands as well as other magical items for weapons. The game will feature a skill system where you level up and unlock new magical abilities that you can use to affect enemies in different ways and deal more damage as well as being able to unlock better variations of your basic human abilities as well. Bewitched Cards will also include a multitude of different levels mostly based around the theme. While playing as the magician you will unravel his grim background as he searches for his family's murderers. You will make a lot of different choices that lead to different story lines within the game. While the choices you make effect your character and characters around you they also ultimately decide if you are good or evil with the main objective of the game to find your family's killers and then decide what to do with them. The enemies you encounter will revolve around a mafia like theme with the Boss of the mafia being your final opponent. There will be lots different enemies that get stronger as you progress through the game with Mafioso mini bosses that are stronger than the general bad guys you face with some of them having supernatural abilities as well. You will have to use your controls in an instinctive way such as rolling and jumping to avoid incoming damage as well as using your abilities to hurt them at the same time providing a degree of skill that you will need to master in order to survive and avenge your family.
The game idea was inspired by various aspects of the well-known games called League of Legends and telltale game series such as The Walking Dead.

You are Lucifer, the devil. Your goal is to get recognised for other people's work. To achieve this, you must convince mortals on earth that mundane, everyday things are actually the root of all evil. These "things" can be anything from inventions, games, movies, and books to political concepts.
The game takes place over several levels, taking you through pre-historic times all the way to the near future. Mortals become more intelligent as time goes on, making it harder for you to make things seem "evil". You may start on a pre-historic level in which the mundane things to turn "evil" consist of the discovery of fire or the creation of the wheel. As a player, you can interact with these things in the world in different ways, spreading your evil. Interactions with the examples may include, but aren't necessarily limited to; wildfires, wood splinters or unfortunate events. You officially make something "the devil's work" once people shout "THAT IS THE DEVIL's [x]".
Lucifer's power is unfortunately not endless. You must manage your "underwordly" power by using it wisely. All interactions cost a percentage of this power. Since some things are perceived more evil than others, based on how the mortals experience your wrath, (e.g. if the wildfire burns down the mortals' village, it is probably worse than causing heavy rains in reaction to the mortals inventing the wheel) the player is awarded a ranking on how evil they were in that level. The more intelligent mortals become, the more power must be channeled to make things evil.
All things turned evil will persist through time (levels), since mortals are actually not as smart as previously stated. Making the right decisions at the start of the game, will prove extremely useful as you progress through time. For example, having the mortals call out the wheel to be "the devil's wheel" will make the invention of cars evil as well. This will allow you to invest your power into more things to turn evil.

You are Joe.
Joe works as a aircraft captain for Air New Zealand.
You're next flight will be from Auckland to Sydney.
Three Hours, Thirty Five Minutes.
In Real Time.
The Tasman Crossing is a 2D first person flight simulator, where you fly passengers from Auckland International Airport to Sydney International Airport, and then back again. In Real Time. Its not as easy as it sounds as you deal with the fact that not only is their not much to do for the next 3 and a half hours, but that the autopilot on this plane has been disabled for maintenance, mean course correction is required every few minutes. Suffer from an emergency landing, and your going to need to travel in coach on a different aircraft, all the way back to the airport you departed from. In Real Time. A successful Landing at your destination will net you exactly 1 point. As will the return flight. And all sequential flights. Luckily you only need 100 points to win, so it shouldn't take you that long; only about three hundred and fifty nine hours. Oh, and since the game is so easy, the option to save the game would not be added; A single sitting is all that should be required to finish this game.
Final Call for Flight MDS185 to Sydney...

You are a protagonist who is very afraid of fire and have high levels of anxiety, but though dumb luck you were gifted with the ability of pyromancy.
As a new super powered person your job is to try to supress your fire as best as you can while you go about your everyday life. If you happen to start burning things your fear of flames will start to make you go insane. the more insane you are the more likely you will be to die of a trauma induced heart attack. So it is in your best interest to stopp the flames that are uncontrollably coming out of your hands.
There are many ways to gop about doing this. One way as an example would be to quickly go to a nearby sink and pour water on your hands. Then letys say youre on a walk at the park and your powers start to act up, now you might want to risk running all the way to a far away water fountain, with the risk of burning everyone you come across or you could jump into a pond and make yourself look like an idiot which could raise your insanity levels a bit.
The goal is to last the longest before burning down the whole city or dying.

There would be certain power-ups hidden along the way aswell and the player will be able to change the appearance of the cube after completing each level. Within this game you take on the role of a reanimated marble figure. You are broken and missing limbs, limiting how quickly you can move and do things. Slowly you discover you can kill people, and as you do you slowly rebuild parts of your figure. It essentially plays out as a stealth game wherein you begin with limited mechanics and abilities, and the more you kill the more you are able to add parts to yourself.
Initially you would begin with just a single arm and maybe part of a face. Unsure why you can move you end up accidentally killing your first victim (perhaps you crawl from your old broken down museum and fall onto someone a floor below accidentally) - realising that each kill builds up your character more and enables you to become more dangerous.
Depending on how you kill people it will adjust how you rebuild your figure. In a Katamari sort of fashion you are slowly building your character from the limbs of your deceased victims. Eventually once strong enough it transitions from this stealth style game where you are vulnerable and hunting to where they are the vulnerable ones trying to hide and you are hunting them.

In a world of war and magic you need to create creatures to fight and defend your kingdom. Your kingdom is the only good left in the world and you make it your mission to try defeat and conquer the evil.
Your 'soldiers' will be creatures you have made by using DNA from different animals, or crystals that gives different abilities. Not all objects, animals and people will be compatible so trying different combinations will be part of the game. Defeating oncoming sets of enemies gives you drops of new crystals or DNA, each unique to the enemies region. Eventually gaining enough strength and variation of creatures, you will be able to go off and attack other smaller or larger kingdoms where there will be rarer drops.
Additional features could be customisation of your main kingdom. Shops, houses, farms and terrain for example. Defeating enemies can unlock sets of materials that building will be made from, giving a large variation of what each kingdom may look like.
Made for the 3DS.
