I have been learning to control this kolinsky hair brush I got recently for inking -- the range is incredible with this thing, but I simply do not have developed enough draftsmanship with a brush to make great use of it. Today's drills came out better than yesterday's, but I did smudge some of the ink. As usual, digital croquis, then sketchbook background/tree studies.
