First day of the challenge! Off to a good start.
Was feeling stiff at my desk, so I got up and did my challenge for the day:
I will do this type of squat for the first week, with 2 days of rest: Wednesday and Sunday.

I totally forgot to do my squats on Tuesday, so I'm taking that as the rest day instead of Wednesday.
:/ I planned on doing them at night, but I got home late and was exhausted after yoga. I'll know better next time.
Since I messed up and took a rest day yesterday, I had to play catch-up today.
