Just rushed this off because I pulled a muscle in my neck and staring at a screen for anything longer than 20 minutes is really uncomfortable. It sounds okay but it really feels like my default "just put some notes down" style.

That sounds painful! I wish you a prompt recovery. Accidentally, or maybe because of priming, this track sounds like the perfect recovery/healing track.
I find looking back too much is harmful to your mental health, so just march slowly forward.
