[A MONTH LatER 29/11/2015]

FINALLY finished this!! I know it took me ages to finish the last painting in this streak, but I felt since I got interrupted multiple times and it was taking long anyways, might as well take my time with it and make it something a bit more detailed. SO we have this. Started with Pokemon and finished with Pokemon :P Cept as you can see N is the focus here! ALL HAIL TEH KING XD Anyways, this took forever! Like um 5 days on and off...and it was quite a bit of work and I pushed myself in a lot of areas with this..but I'm really glad I did. It's like the buildup of all the stuff I learned/tried/practiced throughout fanart month..and I'm really proud of myself for doing this. Whoever tagged along this, thank you so much for your support. Really really means a lot to me. It's been an incredibly rewarding streak and I can't wait to try out another streak...just not next month ahahaa. Anyways, so yeah pretty happy with how this turned out..and the reason I started Fanart month was to help me get rid of my art block and also to push myself to paint more of the stuff I love..and I feel it's more than served it's purpose. That aside this was a kind of fresh start for me in a way as well..so here's to more fun and cool art! Cheers!

[Edit 16/11/15: FINALLY finished it!! I'm only like two weeks late xDD But the past couple of weeks have been a bit slow for me since i didn't have internet and caught a cold as well. Still glad I finished this one up. Only one more to finish now :D I had a lot of fun painting the steak...I WAAANT some right nao e__e ]

5/11/15: Yoshh!! Finally finished this xD Yeah this took longer than I wanted it to...due to many interruptions while painting it.I mean the painting itself didn't take long, but it dragged on for longer than I wanted. Anyways, still I'm glad I painted this. I really like Mirai's design a lot and it was fun painting this. Also kinda happy with how it turned out. ONLY TWO MORE DRAWINGS TO GO OMGGG YAAAY

[Edit: 3/11/2015] Yosh it's Kiki today! I wanted to play around with a simple style again, and it was a bit tricky handling it but I think I'm slowly getting the hang of it. Made her a bit more "stylish" xD Wanted to see how it'd look on her an all hehe.

Finished ze Halloween day fanart! But right now just too tired and don't want to do a crappy job of the other two fanarts..so will finish it after I get some sleep

This took a while, but I'm so glad I finally finished. I was feelin kinda down all day so it was tough to work on this....but still it was quite enjoyable to work on this at times..and maybe the whole painting woulda been even more fun if I wasn't feelin so weird. Still, the good thing and maybe the bad thing (haha) about fanart month is that, no matter how bad I feel I'll have to churn out a painting everyday...and make it look as nice as I can within the time limit. Anyways technically this is the last painting from October, tho I did finish it now...it's the 1st xD But I felt it's a good idea to close the month with Pokemon as I did start off fanart month with Pokemon as well hehe. [Yo! Finally caught up to this fanart...and now one more to do tonight till I'm all caught up for now. Anyways, it be le Prince today :D Enjoying a little tea time truffle rollin :B This flat style is rather fun to work with and it was reeally fun to paint this. Esp compared to Jasmine u__u]

Okami is such an incredible game and I really love Okamiden to bits as well :D Anyways, I wanted to paint Shiranui but I fail at drawing wolves atm..still learning lol, so decided to paint Amaterasu's human form..which is how she's usually perceived traditionally..but yeah it's something I've been wanting to paint for a really long time now..and I love East Asian ink and watercolour paintings A LOT..esp love Sumi-e and so Okami's style is just something I loved instantly and is one of my most favourite visual styles. This was a lot of fun and I always love playing with more traditional look to digital paintings. Missed painting in this style a lot >3< Been ages since I last tried something inky like this..was prolly around the beginning of this year? At any rate..need to paint more stuff like this :D

YEP!! Probably my most favourite female Disney character :D Mulan is the biggest badass out there and I haven't drawn her in ages, so yeah about time : 3 still a wip, but I caught a cold yesterday and also shitty internet has slowed me down somewhat, but no worries I'll finish it up soon and post it up :D

Persona 5 is coming out next year man, this game is looking so good! Uber excited about it, so this had to be done. Uploading the wip cause I'm not done yet, but it'll be done in the next hour or so. Stupid power cuts :/

Okaay I made a gif image today! Since today is day 10 of Fanart month :D That's kinda crazy but yeah, 20 more days to go. Oh and it's funny how I'm an animator but I never get around to making little gif animations/animated illustrations hehe, but I've been wanting to make some for a while and this is a start ^ u ^

I've been rewatching As Told by Ginger and mann I love that show so much! And Macy is one of my favourites : ) So had to paint her! And this was a bit rushed as by the time I started painting it was pretty late...still glad I got it done.

Yep, finally painting Tadashi...after wanting to for so long xD And I had a really nice time painting him too. Made him wear a Baymax cap as well hehehe. So yeah quite happy with how this came out, applied some stuff I learned from some recent studies as well : 3

Mushishi is one of my MOST favourite things ever and I'm really happy I painted Ginko : 3 It's not perfect, but I really enjoy painting environments and images with nice atmospheres...and it's been a while since I painted somethin like that, so yeah really enjoyed painting this. Need to do more Mushishi fanart >3<

Today's fanart iiis! Miku >w< Lol my naming skills suck as always, but anywayy...phew finally finished this! Had another tiring and also sleep deprived day today, and so went for a simple look for this as well. I must say I really enjoy painting in this style =3= Wooh and that completes day 5! Wow it feels like forever haha but got a whole month's worth of fanart to do...it's been a really weird week but I'm glad I've been taking time out to do this.

Decided to go for something simple today since I was really tired. Pachirisuuuu is just sho adorkable omg xDDD So yeah thought I'd paint that little critter : 3 This was so relaxing to paint, I'm quite happy with how it came out.

Ahh Ariel, I used to draw her all the time a few years back. Anyways I haven't drawn her in FOREVERRR and I haven't drawn a finished looking portrait in a while...soo both combined we has an Ariel portrait :3 Today's painting went fairly smooth, no major hiccups..cept the one time the power went out..but that aside it was pretty much smooth sailing. It was really fun too, I could feel all my previous studies coming in really handy. It's an awesome feeling when you realise you know how to paint a certain thing that you didn't before...ANyways, will do portraits for the next two days and then back to more cartoony fanarts :B

And as far as how I feel about how it turned out, it's not bad. I'm kinda happy with how it turned out..but yeah gotta keep studying moar stuff.

Okay so today's entry took a bit long becauseee I painted it twice.

First time, I spent a couple of hours painting Rover and well I wasn't happy with it at all..So I decided to scrap that and do a new painting with Rover in it..different colour scheme, composition..a totally new picture basically. And while I was working on it stuff happened..like my brother got admitted to a hospital and our living room kinda flooded a bit due to water leakage from the kitchen sink...it was really tough to focus by then. But I really wanted to get it done..and so yeah..I'm glad I finished in time. It could have been better but this will have to do for now. Definitely better than the previous attempt. 29 more to go xD

This was a lot of fun to paint! I was on time for this one but there were many interruptions along the way so I ended up starting this challenge on the 4th as opposed to the first. Still, I'm fairly happy with how this turned out. Now to get the next one done in tiem e___e
