Rapture

Rapture is upon us and only the worthy will survive. The knights of the dead are moving through the people of this world taking those who are unworthy to deaths embrace. The problem for death is that these horsemen are spread a bit too thin. And judging who is worthy takes a long time. Some smart people have figured out a way to beat the system so to speak. They have set up soul factory towns to keep the knights occupied. These soul factories have to have a population growth higher than what the knights can consume.

In Rapture you oversee a soul factory. Your job is to manage people and allocate resources in order to generate a large enough population growth to feed the needs of the keeper. People will procreate when they are happy and well looked after. Eventually more and more keepers will appear outside your soul farm which require more and more people to feed them.

Huntsman.

In Huntsman you play as a young man called Eden who lives in a small village in the woods sometime around 1000AD. Eden is about to come of age meaning he will become a man in the eyes of the village. It is at this time that he has his aptitudes tested and is given a role in the village.

Huntsman is a simple single player RPG where the only goal is to exist. Life is not a struggle nor is there any imminent threat. The tests are used simply as a tutorial and to allocate skill points. The game play consists of whatever you want to do to exist. The player can farm, hunt, fish, build, brew, chase girls and even learn an instrument. The game ends simply when you die. There is no scoring except what the player gives value to. A goal might be end up married with kids and die from old age on your farm.
