What @soulfish said. Sounds a lot like 70s instrumental experimental stuff. I liked this one more than your previous pieces. This speaks to how your perception of what is "good" only reflects your expectations towards a given audience. Just do what you like and go further in that direction.
If what you posted doesn't sound like what you had in your head, this is what you need to work on, the translation of your ideas into your music.
Just don't beat yourself too hard, the challenge of these weekly streaks is to continue! You will not always be super happy with the result but sometimes when you listen back a few weeks later you'll realize it was never as bad as you thought. Good luck for the next one too!
The melody reminded me of some of the Zappa instrumentals from early 70s. There's potential here, you should spend more time one this one if you have time.

This was an attempt at making something more fast paced. I think it is still quite slow, so I stopped and will try again with something else. It is not as high energy as I was wanting, but not terrible I suppose.

I'm still practicing, but I played a melody that I liked and ended up trying to play a harmony to go with it. I can't quite play intricate things, but I tried my best!
(The repeat bass was added later, of course it definitely can't be played in tandem with everything else)

I really hate how the guitars sound but I'm not sure if that's just my guitar or the amp sim I'm using so I didn't touch it for now.

@Ranranzeau It's less my perception of it being "good", and more just my struggle to consistently make something! I like what I've made here, and I always do what I like. When I make music, I don't usually have a sound in my head for what I want, just either nothing or a few key words for direction. More often nothing though, lol.
That's good advice, though not necessarily applicable to my situation.
