Streak Club is a place for hosting and participating in creative streaks.
An unfinished piece this time. Needs more work on legs, feet and environment.
The trans figure drawings of Ash reminded me of the fact that I drew a trans-gender statue for Death Trash once, so I gave it a new try.
And in other gender-related news, finally added some character customization today.
Sidenote: Pausing my Daily Art at the moment. Too much work, not enough discipline. And somehow, after three years, I felt like I needed a pause. Have some days in my life where I didn't have to think about that one image I still have to do.

Yep, anytime! And if you ever want me to take a look at something, my email is ashjxx@hotmail.com! You know by now that I'm excited to play it, so you won't have to twist my arm, haha.
@Ashly You helped me a lot there. Thank you very much, Ash.
I'm all for adding more options, because even if it has no gameplay relevance (and that would be the only case where it gets more work) just being there serves multiple purposes already:
- a statement that it's common and accepted in this world
- might help with identification for some people
- might support "roleplaying in the mind" for everyone else
If you ever wanna have a look at the game, just write me at talecrafter@deathtrash.com or give me your mail address. (But it's still mostly just a few testlevels right now.)
Hmm!! I would personally push back against specifically labeling it "ftm" and "mtf" (not that that's necessarily what was being suggested.) For many (not all) trans chicks, they don't think of themselves as men who became women; they're just women, you know? "Mtf" has that "former man" implication to it, though, which can suck. (It's more...complex than that, haha. That's the short version, though.) I think a better way of going about it is simply making the option "trans woman" or "transgender woman" instead. Really good point about changing "transgender" to "transgender man/woman." Hadn't thought of that!
If you want suggestions, you could go with the options "trans woman", "trans man", and "non-binary". Hell, you could even just have all three of those options for every character, regardless of their appearance. Might be the easier route for you, as you don't have to keep track of which options go for which character. Plus there are people who would really appreciate the flexibility, even for options that seem contradictory to you or me. Dunno!
OBVIOUSLY, I'm just a draw-er, not a programmer. Dunno how much more work these various things give you. Regardless of what path you take, it's really cool of you!! Even if you took the path of least effort here, you're doing much more than pretty much everyone else.
@Ashly Actually, you could really help me with that. Do you think the generic description "transgender" is good? Or is it misrepresenting? You can see some discussion about that on the Tweet I made: https://twitter.com/talecrafter/status/734840468522041345
I REMEMBER THAT STATUE! That first time, I couldn't tell if she was trans or spilling her guts. Both great options, haha, and I loved it either way, but I didn't wanna look dumb commenting on the wrong possibility. Anyway, I hope she makes the final cut! I'm always looking for new goddesses to worship.
(And if you ever want a trans person's thoughts/opinion/input on this kinda thing, yo, I'm your gal. I'd be happy to help out!)
