Rails is a side scrolling party game for 2-8 players. Each player controls either a rail worker or a bandit in a fast paced struggle for control of the train. Rails is designed to appeal to the people who enjoy playing party games on the couch. With all the tools to outplay your friends like unique power ups, close combat, clutch dodges and even a 8 player free for all, Rails brings the intensity back to couch gaming.
Power ups are an integral part of Rails being the clearest way to gain an advantage over the field. Power-ups will drop from crates and these come in the form of more powerful weapons, advanced fast acting performance enhancing drugs and even time management solutions!
What makes rails different from other similar party/couch games will be the ability to control aspects of the battle arena by controlling where the train goes. From the engine room a user can alter the trains speed, slam on the breaks for hectic brawls at the front of the carriage, send the train into rivers for underwater fights and even drive it off ravines for some free-fall action.
Rails will be released on PS4, Xbox and PC. Due to the player constraints on some consoles (PS4) Rails will support local and internet play. So get your friends together and challenge to world :)
