Sometimes it's not comfortable to sit for very long!

That's okay, don't have to sit on the ground. You can sit in a chair, and you can even lie down! Just don't get too sleepy!

Here's the best way to sit that I know of:

  1. Sit partway down, and then hinge forward at the hips, and stick your butt far far out behind you. Like, comically far.

  2. Sit the rest of the way down. It might feel like you're sitting on the backs of your legs instead of on your butt. That means you're doing it right!

  3. Sit up straight. Your butt might feel more "behind you" than usual. Stack your spine straight up on top of it. Nice and cushy on that tushy!

This posture has helped me feel much more comfortable while sitting.
