working out how i want these different alien species to look. sorta liking the bird-looking one. its growing on me in a weird way
tablet wasn't working today, so had to go old school.
I've been fiddling with the idea of an extinct alien species with one surviving member. for some reason, I think it would be nice if they looked more bug-like, having several arms and wings and antenna like appendages. will see where it goes

@artbohemian oh what did i like about this one. i like all the proportions of them
@artbohemian well cheeky wasnt the right word. she looked sweet i think. it is quite hard to describe a face with one word. yeah idk i wouldnt worry about her looking too young if something else establishes the age like dialogue or what. my main advice would be not to listen to feedback
@Rain25 I appreciate the feedback! I may go back and revisit the first girl's face. They're all college-aged students and I was a bit worried about making her too young-looking (i like the idea that she looked more cheeky before, though). I will also revisit the 2nd girl's hand gesture! I couldn't quite figure out what I wanted her hands/arms to be doing and I didn't want them to be placed at her side.
Shoes are an afterthought primarily because I'm lazy/bad at drawing feet and in the format they'll be in they'll hardly be seen, lol.
if youre making a game with these as dialogue bubbles why bother drawing shoes
i suppose a couple of them do need shoes if im continuing the review
these look good. ill give you a review from a non-character artist: looks good
i liked the little girl face you drew earlier. she looked cheeky
i think the 2nd character's pose maybe means 'fuck u' in certain parts of north america. the outward facing peace sign means opposite. lookin good. nice drawings
