trying my hand at animation again, but i don't really like using pencil 2d :/ If anyone has a suggestion of a free 2d animation software which can also import sound, leave a comment! It'd help a lot :D

Im super proud of these! it was actually really fun eliminating the lineart phase. I've always hated it if im being honest xD

been working on this for a while!! Almost done! Just gotta figure out how to make a stand xD And also considering making feet for it too.

Krita has animation support, but I've never used it: https://docs.krita.org/Animation
yeah pencil 2d is pretty buggy and full of limitations, i didnt like it too much either. i'd suggest maybe checking out either Opentoonz or the old Paper Animation Paper (PAP for short) program. i just stumbled upon opentoonz very recently so i havent had a chance to play with it, but it looks promising. And the developer for PAP is working on releasing a fresh new PAP, so the old version is available for free now. though since the developer has put the old project behind him, you prob wont be able to get support if you come across any program issues.
