First day of the challenge! Off to a good start.

Was feeling stiff at my desk, so I got up and did my challenge for the day:

  • Counter-balance box squat (instructions here)
  • 20 reps

I will do this type of squat for the first week, with 2 days of rest: Wednesday and Sunday.
