I missed Monday and accidentally ate meat :( I ate meatless the next day.
I've been off my jam for myfitnesspal, so I'm not sure about any additional days. Recommitting to accurate food journaling for this week!
Was Meatless on Monday. Meant to keep track of the other days I didn't eat meat this week, but I didn't. :/
So far 3 days meatless this week!
Some meatless protein alternatives I enjoyed: tofu, egg, nuts.
EDIT: I am just going to update everyday, so that I can keep track easier.
There were 2 days this week that I didn't eat meat. I also noticed that on the days that I didn't eat meat, my meals were much leaner.
