Streak Club is a place for hosting and participating in creative streaks.
And with that, I am "up to date". Looking forward to having more time to do the photos... need to change things up I think. More interesting locales perhaps.
I don't know why I took this one. The light was kinda nice? The colors were pastel-ey? I feel like I see a lot of these photos while walking around but they never come out especially interesting
hello good people I am no longer going through a big move so I can post again! gonna backfill a few days and we'll see if they're any good (but probably not :) :) )
I am bad at seeing abstractly and mostly see very literally... it's rare that I see a scene and feel intuitively whether to try to capture it in an alternative manner, but I'm trying to experiment more

@fennec ohhhh. i found it interesting. thanks. i am always touching my head hairs in public. one day i could be in a photo series like this.
@CONTROVERSIAL_NAME I was reminded of this thread by this IG post you might find interesting https://www.instagram.com/p/Dbawg_vFZHM/
@CONTROVERSIAL_NAME I used to be a lot shier about it and while I'm still not exactly brave about taking strangers' photos in public, I've gotten better at being confident in what I see in people or their clothes or where they're sitting. You should be able to point out to someone what it is you liked about them or whatever role they played in a photo if it's a good composition, and that can go a long way to assuage people's concerns. People are usually more curious than anything else. It also helps that I've published more of my street photography lately so I can, like, show people that I'm not just some random creep lol, but getting over my nerves can still be tough at times.
ohhhh i would be so scared to photograph strangers in public. i have experienced a moment like this many times... eyes closed on the train coming back from an event in the city... listening to something and feeling the rumbles
comfort of train
