Play a small lowly human living in a world that has been taken over by the most powerful creatures in the world… cats. While humans lay complacent thinking that their pets were small minded and certainly not planning world domination there was an underground revolution going on. By the time they realised what was going on it was too late, now the entire population of humans are enslaved by cats. The cats, now free to do as they wish have run rampant in the streets, back alley cats trading catnip in the dark corners of the cities, pavements littered with empty tuna cans and cream bottles licked clean.
When a human turns 16 they must be judged by the great cat overlord, if they fail to impress the overlord then they will be taken away and used as slaves. The others will be allowed to live a decent life as pets to cats, living in the same way that cats did
The gameplay consists of doing your best to impress the cat overlord. The game is a trial and error game, pick from a series of different objects such as cat toys, heated cushions, and a keyboard in order to win over their affection. Depending what you do with the items determines whether you will live.
If it Fits I Sits is a Puzzle game where you must match cats with their favourite sitting place. Each cat has a specific item it will sit in, any other will not do. There are visual hints to what cat matches with what item, such as a cat with a bow will sit in a hat with a bow, and a cat covered in mud will happily sit in a flowerpot.
During gameplay cats will fall from the top of the screen to the bottom, the player must drag the cats onto the correct item to please the kitty otherwise lives will be lost. Points are awarded for every correct match. At the start of the game the cats will fall slowly, but will start falling faster the further the player progresses through the game. The aim of the game is to get as many points as possible before running out of lives, there will be scoreboards for players to compare their scores with others to see how well they did.
Destroy cities playing as Mittens, a cat with a vengeance. Disgusted at the lack of greenery in the urban environment he resides in Mittens vows to destroy every bit of the concrete jungle.
The game play will consist of destroying as much of a city as you can under a time limit, destroying city buildings will gain you points while destroying wildlife like parks or gardens will decrease points. As you are destroying the city you will be attacked by random civilians with guns, the army, and possibly an army of small dogs. Collect bonus items like cat food, yarn balls, and cat treats for extra goodies such as: 2x score, health, and power ups. The round ends once the time limit is up or the city is destroyed, and then you move onto the next city, each battleground will be a famous city (Paris, London, Chicago) to add more interest to the player.
While playing you will be able to collect cat nip balls, once you collect enough cat nip bits then the ultimate form of Mittens is awakened. The little domestic kitty will turn into a big cat monster, unlocking rampage mode where you do more damage and earn more points.
There will also be skins to unlock. They will be unlocked after a total amount of damage is dealt, which will be counted on a stats page. This allows players who aren't good at doing a ton of damage each round to stack up points and unlock higher tier skins by grinding. Skin ideas could be stuff such as: tabby, lion, tiger, Mario hat and much more!
