Shadows of a former world takes a twist upon the survival world genre, creating an open world through the eyes in a tiny new perspective.
Players are thrust into a world where the it is ruled by Giants, a race of great knowledge and wisdom who despise the smaller race known as Omri, but what the Omri lacks in size is made up of life and adventure, creating ingenious inventions out of the giants technology, as they scamper and hide among the giants in plain sight.

The game itself strives to create wonder and imagination as you the player ventures out in this interesting sandbox video game.
- Tame the localized wildlife - Ride upon the mount of your trusted beloved pug as you venture from the great Omri capital to its neighboring towns, e.g Crow town, a town that is built in an old crows nest underneath the structural frame of a Giant's bridge.

- Soar the wings upon a majestic sparrow, and parachute down in a make shift plastic bag in order to land on the roof of a giant home.

- Stealthily raid the giants home in order to collect food and resources for your own town, only to escape the giants clutches by water sliding down the drainpipe.

- Construct and engineer various inventions for your town, e.g a make shift pencil elevator that is driven by the engine of an old remote control car.
