'Meownder' is an open-world 3D platforming and exploration game. The player takes on the role of a curious and restless cat (named Stray) who leaves his/her owner's apartment to hunt birds on a daily basis. The game would be for PC, operated with the WASD keys to move, the space bar to jump, and the mouse to adjust the camera, mainly.

At the start of each day, Stray will have a set time to find 5 randomly generated red birds from a pre-set pool in a modern city. These birds can be seen on an expandable minimap at all times. Stray will have to use cunning while exploring the city to catch all the birds. Jumping on a car to catch a ride, jumping on rooftops and ducking in tunnels and all of those cute activities.

There are no winning conditions. If Stray fails to catch all the birds, the day ends while he/she vigorously awaits tomorrow's next adventure. However, there are over 100 birds to collect in distinct locations, and the game prioritizes unfound birds when picking the day's prey. Can you catch them all?

Stray is a pretty cool cat, so he never takes damage from falls. Watch out for cars, though! Losing conditions would be drowning, or getting hit by an aforementioned car, both of which Stray miraculously survives almost unscathed, earning the player a solemn scolding on behalf of Stray's owner.
