'Tree's Last Stand' is a Beat-Em-Up 2D Action game for PC. The game revolves around protecting the tree you planted as a toddler from being taken down to build some silly corporate thing like a phone booth.
At the start of the game, enemies will progress slowly towards the tree in small numbers. As the game goes on longer more enemies will show up with more diverse patterns and weak spots to them.
Points gained during failed runs can be used to improve the main character, giving him access to new attacks or improving parameters like speed, knockback resistance and attack. They can also invest many points to increase the health of the tree. This way, little by little your ability to defend the tree for longer periods of time will increase.
The game ends if the tree at the center of the map takes too much damage. The controlled character cannot actually be defeated, only knocked away from advancing enemies.
The game includes both local and online 2-player co-op. Local multiplayer would let Player Two use an identical copy of your character, while online multiplayer would let each player use their own.
Par for the course, players can upload their stats online.
