Endless side scrolling space jumping game in short.

Button or tapping combinations to jump to the next asteroid on the screen. The screen progressively moves faster to the side while the player must press or tap the combinations to keep within the screen, you the player are an astronaut jumping through an asteroid shower to get back to your ship and return home. The game is endlessly scrolling sideways so winning is determined by distance traveled/score, meaning that the game can not be finished.

Asteroid Jump takes a similar format to many other app games such as Jetpack Joyride by Halfbrick studios, where the player earns an in-game currency to spend on in-game cosmetics for your astronaut. A high score feature also creates competition for the online community and/or for friend groups. The combinations that come across the screen for each asteroid changes on length/speed and also for the size of the asteroid, as depending on which asteroid you land on can also determine how far you get to travel 'for free', as the player can run along asteroid til the edge of that asteroid, at which point the player can jump to the next asteroid.
