And I'm glad to hear you like the character design but the credit goes mainly to aromoma for the original character design. I drew her (along with the one in all black) as dedication fanart to surprise aromoma. Since I know her irl she tells me a lot about the story she's planning with these characters.

To be honest, I like how the lady in black(Elaina) came out more (I keep fiddling with minor details and touchups each day with it I can't leave it alone haha) As for the one with locs (Lotti) I feel like I should've went with a more striking pose considering how this character is supposed to be a bit more fearsome. So I'm heavily considering giving it a full redo to better emphasize that. (but shhh don't tell aromoma it'll be a sekret)

I hope that you enjoy your salsa! These are some great gestural sketches! Your squiggly sketch work always adds this unique and alive look to your poses. It is also fun just to look at it. I really like the design of the character with the white dreadlocks.

They feel like the have a sense of weight and that it would look heavy if they walked. I kind of want to animate them moving while doing all this animation practice over here.

How do you feel about this work though? Are you going to clean them up and add more work about them? Are you happy with this result so far?
