This is a 2d action game in which players play as either sushi train guards or burger bandits. The idea of the game is that the burger bandits are attacking a sushi train in a very stylised cartoon adventure. The game has quick rounds of sushi guards using wasabi guns to fight of the fast food and defend the passengers or the cargo, While the burger bandits use ketchup guns to fight off the sushi train guards. The creativity comes with the different kinds of sushi and burgers having different abilities and little stats to help win the game.

Both in multiplayer and in single player the games are designed to be short 1-3 minute matches with the plan being to have quick fast paced action. In multiplayer there are two teams of 4. The gameplay being like a cross between the 2d fast pace of a game like hotline miami with the team co-ordination of counterstrike all in a cartoon style. Each team gets to quickly select what type of sushi or burger they want to be before getting in the mission.

Some mission ideas
Bank cargo - There is a safe filled with packets of salad dressing. Bandit team wins if they can steal it.

Passenger protection - Burger bandits have to attack the sushi train and take out all the passengers while the train guards defend it.

Hostage release - Sushi guards have to storm the train and free the sushi passengers.

There is a single player arcade mode in which the player tries to get the most points and beat timed challenges in the above modes. There will be unique single player game modes like a longer passenger protection mission where you have to protect the passengers and get points for how many sushi make it to the customers with bonus points for more expensive types of sushi.

Seasoned Defence is a tower defence game where you must survive against waves of enemies by building a structured base. Enemies get harder and harder with each set of waves. Throughout the game the main mechanic is being able to change the season that you are playing in to assist you in your battles against your enemies.

In each season you will encounter season specific enemies which will have different stats. Each season will trump the previous season and be countered by next season to follow. Your job is to assess each set of waves and use the ability to change the season to weaken said enemies making the level easier to complete.

Throughout the game you will have access to and unlock more structures each with weaknesses and strengths in specific seasons. This will make players have to adapt and negate certain strategies to complete each stage.

In Annoying Driver Simulator the player plays as a dangerously annoying person driving a car. The player will drive down roads in the rural parts of the country or on highways etc at day or night and also in rainy, snowy or icy conditions. The aim of the game is to annoy as many people on the roads as possible. To do so the player will do things like turning their lights on to full beam to blind the people driving cars in the opposite direction, driving right up behind other cars bumpers, not using indicators or using the wrong ones, cutting in front of people and driving slow in fast lanes etc. Doing these things will give the player points, however sometimes there may be cops that you need to lookout for as doing it to them will fail the level. Each level will have different situations where the player will have to get close to the most points possible otherwise they will fail the level. The player will receive money for completing each level, this will be used to purchase downgrades for the players car such as broken brake lights, smokey exhaust pipe etc. These would give the player extra points to help pass harder levels.

Mobile App

Paint mix is a small mobile app game about an artist trying to make his perfect canvas for each painting, the user is given photos from a mood board and a description and under a time constraint must mix by clicking on each paint individually and then the mixing board the perfect color for each section of the painting.

This games art style would have to be super realistic to create the scene properly but i feel this type of fast paced flashy colors game would appeal to a lot of art students as they not only know the frustration but have a basic knowledge on how color works, at the same time this would create and opportunity for people to discover the beauty of paints and how they can mix and the stunning colors they can create. The music would be relaxing even though it is fast paced as that's what works well with the painting style in my opinion.

One Game a Day #45.pdf287kb

this is a wild colorful multiplayer online game which makes artists actually talk to each other (because thats totally a thing that happens) the idea of the game is to paint a canvas that expresses your response to a question prompted by a random player, you're dropped into a room filled with blank canvases along with as many as 2-10 other players and your HUD displays a message reading your question that you have to ask a player or group of players. then they (without verbally answering) go and paint a picture visually describing what their answer to your question.

this is a great way to bring creative minds together and boost a social economy within the art community (other then the mass post blogs on every social media ever forever and ever was will be.) all canvases are then titled with the question that prompted the art and it is submitted to a gallery where artists and non-artists can view them, this could make potential art jobs for people who have distinctive art styles and gets your name spread around.

You play as the notorious Mr. Brownstone, archaeologist, geologist and all around great university professor by day and heroin distributor by night. Balance finding rare and precious minerals and relics in hidden caverns and secretive coves while also doing your not so legal trade with the local villagers at night. Make sure your team doesn't discover your career-destroying secret though!

The game has two halves that both contribute to the story. The first half is the legal work you do for your university, which revolves around finding and identifying ancient items from the past and dazzling gemstones. The second is entirely focused on your underground heroin production facilities. You need to make sure these two lives never cross, because everything will go downhill overnight if word gets out that one of the most esteemed members of the archaeological and geological communities moonlights as a drug trading kingpin each and every night! How you prevent the streams from crossing is up to you, just make sure they don't find out that the main man for looking at brown stones is actually Mr. Brownstone.

Ever had a power cut and you are alone or gone on a boring holiday? In other words, ever lost all internet access? Then here is the perfect game for this type of situation.

In this immersive, intense single player game, you throw a die which instead of having numbers 1-6 on it, there will be 2 papers, 2 scissors and 2 rocks covering the 6 sides. Yourself will then choose either paper, scissors, or rock and then roll the die. If you beat the die by cutting the paper or bashing the scissors or covering the rock, then you win. Otherwise you lose. To nothing.

You start off with 10 points and you need 20 to win, or 0 to lose. kind of like tug-of-war.

And did i mention that if you find another player, that you will be able to scrap the die and play paper, scissors, rock.

Puppet Master is a puzzle adventure game. It will be side scrolling, the player needs to move from the left to the right of the screen, however, the player has to move the shadows of the characters by controlling the flash light. Basically all the movement of the characters, such as moving, or combat with monsters is done using the shadows.

At the start of the game, there will be a character on the screen, and as a part of the interface there will be a flashlight which the player can control. The player can control the direction it is pointing, and move it anywhere on the screen. So when the player wants to move the character forward, he/she needs to set the light at the back of the character so that its shadow turns up at the front of the character (and every object, and the environment of the game will be shown as shadows).

There will be a number of simple puzzles, for example, pushing a cube to fill a gap in the ground so the character can walk over it. But the player only can push the cube by touching it with the shadow of character, so the player needs to control the direction of the character's shadow to reach the cube. For another example, there will be a box which is hanging on the ceiling with a rope and seems like it is impossible to reach, but the player can control the light to make the character's shadow reach the box.

Also there will be fighting with a few monsters, when a monster turns up the character will automatically hold his/her weapon, so the only thing the player needs to do is to move the shadow of the character towards the monster. The monster will keep moving forwards and backwards (which means left and right in the screen). Also the player is able to hide the character by getting into the shade which will be shown on the map. When the character's shadow is in the shade, the monsters are not able to detect it.

When the player reaches the end of the stage, which will appear as a gate, the stage will be cleared. However when the player (the shadow) dies during combat or falls into a trap (the gaps on the map) the game will be over.

///Delicacy\\\
"An interactive cooking simulator with a twist."

Delicacy is a strategic but also informational cooking simulator which can be used as both a time waster and a viable cooking show. Players take the helm of a poor student in a first-person perspective, set in a dilapidated kitchen, hoping to stave off hunger by cooking 'meals' with whatever they can find. From the pantry to the fridge, players scrounge and gather up ingredients, stealing from roommates if they are desperate. The game is a social commentary on bad roommates and shared condominium apartments. Each round players get money to purchase groceries, craft and cook a meal to a recipe from a dirty cookbook, and must race against time to beat the hunger system. They must also keep an eye on the Mess Meter and the Smell meter, and try and stave off the two meters else they will fail the game.

Naïve adventurers tend to learn things the hard way. Some bosses just can't be killed no matter how determined you may be. You as the player, are hidden behind rocks or leaves, strategically waiting out the inevitable death of a brave warrior. When the warrior dies, they are replaced with a gravestone. Gravestones exist to detail what is available to claim after a certain amount of time. Using this information, you must then decide whether to expose yourself and claim what is available or remain hidden till an item of more value is available. Revealing yourself enables free movement and the ability to fire one of three arrows from your bow. Be sure to only claim what you can whilst avoiding other players in the premises. Lest we forget the undefeated boss, who operates with limited vision and irregular movement. In this game, claiming loot takes time and immense pressure. Go solo or against online players with the boss as either CPU or player controlled. The decision to rush rounds for loot or prolong time for better items is entirely up to you. Loot gained reflects how much experience you gain. Levelling up grants one skill point to either upgrade your bow, movement or detection skill.

EXTRA

You have spent your whole life on the sidelines of everyone's achievements and exciting events, and you have come to realize that you are just an extra or background character in everyone else's story.

The worst part about being an extra; is that extras are prone to early death and injury. Every main character has some end goal or nemesis to defeat, but as you are only an extra your only goal is to not die.

Your goal:

  • -To avoid any and all disastrous events that unfold to eliminate you (whether to unleash a main characters second form or give them a reason to get up and fight).

The catch:

  • -As you are an extra, the camera does not follow you. Whilst traversing the city streets you must change the camera view from one character to another so that you can see the dangers that seem to be magnetized to you.

Story:

You've always been one with a kind heart but unfortunately, you've been forced to join a gang of which likes to do all the things that you don't. However, you must do it. In order to support yourself and your family you're going to have to become a full-fledged member of the gang.

Gameplay:

"Karma" is a 2D side-scroller game about balancing good and bad deeds in order to achieve a specific outcome. Karma plays out by taking into the account the actions of the player then progressing the player through the matching stages. At any given time, the player will have the opportunity to make decisions that will affect their Karma. However, with every action is an equally powerful reaction, so even though the player did something good for say the family, the gang may not approve of what you did. Karma is meant to be a story driven game with gameplay elements to empathize the impact of that story. Of course, the story will be decided on the player's action so multiple endings will be incorporated into the game.

In this 2D Puzzle Platformer, you play as the commander of a specially modified tank that is capable of limited flight time by activating powerful hydraulics beneath the chassis to launch it into the air, as well as using the explosive shot from the barrel to gain altitude and greater control.

The game has fairly simple controls, A and D on the keys move your tank left and right across the screen, spacebar is used to activate the hydraulics and do a mini jump, and the barrel cannon is aimed and shot with the mouse and click. The cannon is used to both destroy objectives and break through certain terrain, as well as to provide a boost and slight air control whilst in flight or mid jump. The cannon's fire will be on a limited cool down, able to do a new shot every two seconds once the cannon has been reloaded. As the game progresses, the player can shorten this cooldown, as well as increase the tank's speed and jump height as they unlock upgrades by beating levels.

Poultry is a third person game where you play as a pigeon assassin sent to kill people. A pigeon is the perfect killer because they're everywhere and everyone ignores them. There is only one problem with being a pigeon. That problem is you can hold a knife very well and you can't aim a gun. This means you will need to find other ways of killing your targets. You will need to be creative with your killings, for example you could push something of a high ledge or fly in someone's face so they walk into traffic. Each mission will have many different ways to kill the target. As you play the levels people will become more and more suspicious of pigeons. People in the street will point and stare at you. When you near the end of the game you will need to be stealthy all pigeons will be killed on site.
