This streak (for me) is to document every day where I do at least ONE thing to further my goal of losing weight. That's *my* goal, but you could use this same streak to walk around the block every day, go to the gym, do yoga to be more flexible or further tone the rock-hard muscles you already have - it's about movement!

I will do at least 1 thing every day to further my goal. If I discover it's 12:59 am and all I can do is 3 jumping jacks, then at least I didn't do ZERO things. Hence, no zero days!

This is for my future self!

p.s. I set the turnover time to be 1:00 am.

I've walked the dog every day, but forgot to record it. Going to keep trying this Streak thing though, not giving up yet!

I went to a 2 hour Ingress event today, and walked the dog for 1 hour. I'd say that qualified as moving!

I set this up, and totally forgot day 3. >_< I did walk the dog for 30 minutes. Tonight, I'm on the exercise bike for 30 minutes. I also misspelled "Waterfit", because I'm smart like that.

Made it to the pool again today! The house is beginning to smell like chlorine.

So the title is quite self-explanatory, but im proud of it non the less

I did it! Day one - walked the dog for 30 minutes, then went to the pool and fought a pool noodle for about an hour. It's harder than it sounds! :D

My first submission to streak: an hour on ice.
