Just finished a 30-day meditation challenge. Wow. Meditation has never been something that came easily to me. This last month I struggled, but group accountability helped keep me motivated, and I I would like to keep it going!

My goal: to meditate for at least 10 minutes everyday.

Type of meditation: This can be formally or informally--doesn't matter! I will be focusing on mindfulness meditation and will be using Insight Timer for guided sessions.

I invite you to join me! The last challenge was for 30 days, and while I would like this to be a thing for much longer than that, I think approaching a challenge in small bursts can make forming a habit that much easier. So, throw down those pillows, get comfy, and let's strive to be fully present for just 10 minutes each day.
