15 mins on bike today. @.@ Less, but still something
It wasn't an intense work out but two and a half hours of anything physical takes a toal on you.
Had a great time and my teams chemistry is growing.
Cheers to getting better everyday.

Not really impressive, but I have not done any sport for a long time ...
Just found this via the Get Disciplined subreddit.
I want to get some dedicated (as opposed to incidental) exercise everyday.
I currently do 3x45min weight training sessions a week, and that is no problem, but I am am struggling to do deliberate exercise on my 'off' days, usually because I am tired and sore form the previous day. Really I am looking for active recovery. So I should call them my Active Recovery days, not my 'off' days.
Today was a training day. 45 min and fairly high intensity, weights and cardio intervals. Battle Ropes for the first time! Really good work out, felt fantastic physically afterwards (I mean obviously knackered, but really good and not too jelly legged to get up the hill to work).
