In Wildlife Manager you job is to manage the running of a wild life preserve.

As you become more successful you will be able to buy more land to expand your reserve and buy in new animals, upgrade guest quarters and generally improve the rating of your preserve. The goal of the game is to bring in money and become a successful reserve, there is no set end goal much like the Theme Park Tycoon games.

As your park becomes more successful you will have to face problems with managing the animals and park guests making sure that the guests do not get lost in the park or into trouble with any of the animals. As the animal numbers increase you will have to try to find a way to either increase the park size if possible, sell your excess animals to other parks, or offer hunting licences to the wealthy for those animals whose populations have grown to large for the park to maintain.

The game can be lost if your park is not able to make money or you are no longer able to bring in guests.
