Due to timezone this is my first day!

After talking with my partner on ideas for the jam I settled on a metroidvania style game with a tutorial, two "levels" and a boss fight!

So I decided today on centering myself with using the new input system for Unity as when I studied Unity we used the old input but I read the new one was awesome to support multiple controllers!

Yeah, it was pain but I was able to get it to move right and left with different controls - except dragging the mouse - and the camera movement following the player (although when I design the levels I will probably tune it a bit)

After many guides and google searching I settled for https://medium.com/nerd-for-tech/moving-with-the-new-input-system-unity-a6c9cb100808 as this guide was the easiest to understand for me!

I am going to make a pretty simple fish or ask my studio artist to do it for me! Although it will probably be the first one I am not sure, the rest of the game shall be simple forms - I don't have time with work!!!
