Eastern Bloc, a Game for Android and IOS

Imagine you're a factory manager in the Soviet Union during the height of the cold war; This is Eastern Bloc.

Manage the factory and decide it's glorious output for the great Soviet Republic, be it Tanks, Guns, Ammo or Aircraft.

Hire workers, deal with strikes (Violently) and assign the survivors to their jobs.

Watch as they level up from astonishingly malnourished to only slightly malnourished, all the way up to kind-of-sort-of-mostly-slightly-healthy.

Crush American spy rings trying to infiltrate your heroic factories, by placing defenses, guards and cameras.

Level up and upgrade the factory itself from a small barn to a brick-and-soot covered empire.

Balance the wishes of the benevolent Generals who so graciously don't have you executed every day, and the limits of your supply chains as you struggle to achieve the monthly quota of vehicles. Fail too many times and the Generals might just change their minds.

As this is an IOS/android game, I am thinking of a system similar to Fallout shelter, with no time lock being in place for any mechanic. Instead there will be packs purchasable that may contain Quota relief tickets, Cash, Upgrades, power-ups, and better or unique characters that are better at their jobs than the standard randomly generated workers.

The factory at full upgrade will look similar to the image below, which helped change the setting from Victorian London to Communist Russia.
