Essentially within this third person game all you have to do is become a qualified nurse by ranking up through 'practice'. First you start off as a shaky novice who's as clumsy as can be. Your aim is to operate on the sickly and wounded. You will start off as a nursing aid in a 3rd world country attempting to stitch, sew and mend the sickly. In the beginning stages the player will lack proper motor skills to achieve these tasks creating a really difficult experience. As you advance in the game you will become the most renowned nurse/doctor the world has ever heard, being able to operate on anyone no matter their condition while blind folded and inebriated. At this point in the game you are in a race against time to mend as many sick individuals as you can in the most expensive hospital in the Mother Land where healthcare will cost you more than the arm and a leg you're getting fixed.
