In The Game Where You Must Disguise A Dog As A Pineapple, the highly anticipated sequel to the hit game The Game Where You Must Disguise A Pineapple As A Dog, the goal is to hide a dog inside a fruit bowl for the entirety of a party. In order to do this you must feed the dog treats while nobody is looking, while hiding him under the fruit when people are. The longer you keep the dog hidden, the more restless he will become. This increases the risk of the dog barking, and giving away the situation. You are also able to pat the dog in order to make it more calm, however it be slower than feeding it treats. The player will have a limited number of treats, and higher difficulty levels will decrease the number of treats while increasing the number of people at the party. If the player is found out, they will need to run as far as possible from the party.

As the name implies, the aim of The Game Where You Must Disguise A Pineapple As A Dog is to disguise a pineapple as a dog as well as you can. This will involve dressing the pineapple up in various costumes, making it look like a number of different dog breeds. These costumes will involve fake ears and masks, along with painting the pineapple different colours. The pineapple would be rolled around on a small trolley, with the wheels hidden behind a fake set of dog legs. Once the player has created the perfect disguise, they will be required to walk their pineapple around town. Different levels of difficulty would involve either more or less people within town, with less people being harder. This is because people will be more likely to see the "dog", and may come closer to make sure that what they saw was correct. The player would need to pull their pineapple between various trees, lampposts and fire hydrants in order for it to be able to mark it's territory using pineapple juice.

The player must be aware of the terrain, as hills, for example, may result in the pineapple falling off the back of the trolley. The weather will also impact the player's choice of disguise. Rain could result in the paint running off, for instance, or wind could blow other elements off of the pineapple.
