Bottled some self made plum liquor experiments today. Different base spirits and different sweeteners. For one batch I used undiluted 70% alcohol - making the resulting liquor somewhere below 50% abv. It doesn't taste like that at all. So I marked it with this clear label.
Migraine
Since April a bunch of aphids (Google tells me that is the right word) have started terrorizing my balcony garden, but this week a good 10 to 15 ladybugs have taken residence in my arugula, and started taking care of the problem. Love em.
