2 pages with 45s per pose, one page with 3min per pose. I didn't expect the 3 minute ones to be that readable.
Still so bad at feet, I moved from trying to figure out the simplified shape off of photos to straight up copying the shapes in the tutorial - and I'm still disproportioned.
