I have chronic health issues that include reactions to foods and other environmental factors that seem inconsistent and hard to figure out. So I started journaling, keeping track of what I eat and do and how I feel throughout each day. I benefit more if I have a constant record, so what better way to encourage that than a STREAK?
Use this to track journaling about following diet regimens, physical therapy practices... basically anything involving journaling about ongoing health.
NOTE: health can be a very private thing--you don't need to do the journaling publicly here unless you want to. At the very least, just mark off days when you've journaled. Or get meta and discuss frustrations or successes with journaling!
