Just finished a beginner squat challenge. It was great! I want to start an intermediate challenge, but I'm not sure I'm ready to start adding weights just yet.

This month I would like to work on perfecting my stance and doing more consecutive reps for the prisoner air squat. When I am able to do at least 25 perfect squats in succession, I will be ready for my next challenge.

Here are my weekly goals:

  • Week 1: 10 x 5 reps everyday
  • Week 2: 15 x 3, 5 x 1 everyday
  • Week 3: 20 x 2, 10 x 1 everyday
  • Week 4: 25 x 2 everyday

I will do 50 squats everyday and increase the number of reps per set gradually each week. I will get 2 rest days per week: Wednesday and Sunday.

I learned from M that my posture aint so great. Something about my back being too curved. Gonna have to start doing these in a mirror.
