Did well but almost threw up. Pushed yourself too hard... or Tai's cooking smell made you sick

Did work on shoulders and did 30 mins of cardio! :D

Take it easier next time. Almost threw up this time round D:. Abs need more work...

I chose BUILD cuz Asian dude takes off his shirt. Like NOM. Back could use heavier weights. Biceps needs more work with small weight. I also shamelessly weighed myself: 161 pounds... WHAT THE EFF. I felt like I lost weight but instead I gained it T^T. Okay gotta get more serious. Less carbs and no sugar.

Triceps are weak... but chest is good. Need to up weight. Don't feel them... Weird.

What a day. Ate so horribly. Ate porridge in the morning (lots of rice and carbs), ate cambodian rice dessert after, ate a WHOLE carne asade burrito, and then add Jeffrey's Carne Asada plate T^T.

Baby got back! Not bad I suppose. Feel sore from past workouts, not really from this one

Too much jumping. Must do earlier in the day!

I was able to keep up with the push-ups somewhat today! :D. Although they were knee on the floor push-ups but an improvement from wayyyy before.
