Still struggling to paint in grayscale in photoshop =x
Somebody, please help, give me hints on how should I do or what should I study to achieve a got painting =S

Maybe doing fundamentals were a good decision

That's looking good already.
I'm still amateur and struggling myself, so take the following with a grain of salt: You could be more bold with darker and brighter tones. At the moment it's more like middle-dark, middle and middle-bright. (Which would of course be totally OK for an illustration.) Good learning could be trying to replicate black/white paintings and photos where the full range from brightness to darkness is already established.
