Streak Club is a place for hosting and participating in creative streaks.
I blogged about blog ideas, just thinking of random questions that I would like to get answers to from other people or that I feel would be more interesting for personal blogs than personal brands.
My post on struggling to be outside got published as scheduled, and I posted on RSRSSS about handheld PCs.
I went way too far with a plane metaphor and wrote way too much about helping mana's brain once and complained about the Bureau of Meteorology of Australia.
This week, I blogged about the World Heritage Convention saying syndication is illegal, and about cars creating liminal spaces.
I blagged about the meaning of life and posted about computers in movies on RSRSSS.
I blagged about the ocean, mana's chosen theme, though it of course had to be about a computer instead. I also posted about porta-potties on RSRSSS because lowering people's expectations is key to not being overwhelmed by blagging.
I posted about Retrospring on RSRSSS, and my blag post about using computers outside went out as scheduled, featuring the best office I ever had.
My blag post on capitalism ruining architecture got posted as scheduled, and I wrote another draft while in a coffee shop. I also posted today about Library Elf on RSRSSS.
My blag post about autumn got published as scheduled. I got moar post ideas, and I want to go outside to places relevant to those posts whenever possible, so I'll schedule some of that for my two weeks off starting this Friday. I also posted on RSRSSS about Dailymotion's MediaRSS-based importer.
I blagged about maps, added categories, and wrote a draft post on a table outside in the rain but under a roof.
Going to try using streak.club again along with mana!
I posted about the National Dream Center on RSRSSS. A quick and easy feed showcase post, but at least it gets me back into posting. I also spent an hour on researching what will probably be next week's post.
I also started a whole new blog, with very little rules as to how active I will be there or what I will post. The only rule, for now, is to post from my netbook with Open Live Writer, just because. I made a first post and have a draft for a second post.
I posted about a feed related to Second Life, the next installment of my current series on my French blog, a burger test on that same blog, and logged two dreams I had during the week on my wiki.
I posted part two on my French blog as I wanted to, and did a quick post on an RSS feed from NASA. I kept the notebooks and books updated on my wiki as well.
I posted a burger test on my French blog, featured a feed of books into my RSS blog, and posted two dreams I had during the week on my wiki.
I intended to post part 2 of the post I made last week on my French blog, and planned to work on it this weekend, but the mess that is my sleep schedule interfered and removed all of my motivation.
I have multiple blogs and websites that I want to keep alive, and use my blogging as a way to force myself to also work on programming projects by documenting the research I do there. I have a schedule of blog posts that I am trying to keep, and it makes me post at least once a week on two different blogs: a french blog about many various topics, and an RSS feed about RSS feeds. I sometimes miss a week or two and want to force myself to post at least one thing a week anywhere.
This week, I got back on track after being a bit late on my french blog. I published the first part of a post that became so huge I am splitting it into three or four parts at least. I already wrote one short post that will get out next week, but I'll make another one.
I did two posts on my RSS blog, one about an award a friend gave me, and one about a not-well-known XML namespace.
