the animator state machine is far from perfect and gets so complicated so easily, but it eventually starts to look sort of right. oh, i also changed the face to something closer to what it will actually look like? i might consider stepping back into modelling at some point

i also also messed with shaders, but didn't get very far into it at all. i did laugh at a weird effect when bumping the "Contrast" up a bunch on a shader. the result might make sense for some reason i'm totally unaware of. but it was very funny to discover

couple of busy days ahead of me, despite it being another weekend. and "busy" as in out of the house doing stuff. but sunday will be relatively simple, hopefully
