If you are not in direct sunlight for your solar panels to charge you or not at charging stations your battery will slowly drain away until you reach a certain amount and an emergency teleporter will take you back to the last charging station or solar area (these act as checkpoints). Game title: Curiosity
Platform: PC
Overview: Curiosity is a game about discovery, chance and risk and reward. The aim of the game is to make it through as many doors as possible. When you start the game you are presented with four doors, four choices. At the top of the door is a display of the item or bonus that is contained within that room, the better the reward the higher the risk of that room (past a certain point in the game where the rewards are better some displays are blanked out giving you some extra mystery).
When you enter the room the door will close behind you and only open once the room is "completed". Based on the risk of that room there is a chance that you will be launched into a mini game (e.g floor turns to lava and you have to make it to the other side by jumping on various moving platforms). Upon completion the player is given the reward and all doors connected to previously completed rooms open. The room could also be nice to you and just give you the item upfront, all depending on chance.
Initially you don't know what is bad or good reward wise which is why the dying mechanic starts you back at the beginning of the game. The reason for this is to show players you can die easily, but jump back into the game easily, the game is about progression and understanding the rewards and the player will have to die to understand that.
Dying isn't all that bad either, for the players who know the game and can make it pretty far, if they die they can spend points earned during the game (which gets banked if you have spare points for another play through) on buying starting upgrades which would usually be found in rooms. This gives the players who make it far through the game a less frustrating start to the game while also making them feel naked without all of the items they just had.

Game title: Sleep deprivation

In this game you must manage your time, the time you spend eating, studying socialising and most importantly, the amount of time you rest for (be it day or night). The aim of the game is to make it to the end of the semester and pass all of your courses. If you fall into sleep deprivation from spending too much time doing other things, your work will be significantly reduced and you must rest if you want to recover back to the stage you were at before.
Socialise to keep your interaction meter up, the higher it is the better the work you do as you will communicate with others and get help/ideas for work. Manage the type of food you eat during the day and when you eat it. You have a set budget of money you can use for food and must ration it, spend too much and risk running out of money for food. (by default you get dinners each night for free from the uni as that is included in your boarding fee). The better and healthier the food, the bigger the boost your work gets, but caffeinated drinks to help reduce sleep deprivation for a short while.

Game title: Sound waves
Platform: PC
Overview: Sound waves is a 2D puzzle game where you have a speaker on one side of the level and a microphone on the other side. The aim of the game is simple, place various objects around the level to redirect the sound waves into the microphone. Easy. The only thing stopping you is the mass amount of sound proof walls which you have to avoid as the sound wave will disappear once touching it. If you can get the sound waves to the microphone you pass the level and move onto the next one.
Place objects in the level to help achieve this goal. Use various blocks of different liquids to diffract sound waves or you could even make small narrow passage ways to change the waves properties (e.g Frequency). The faster you can complete the level the more points you will be rewarded for completing the level. Don't aim to go too fast, if you make too many mistakes you will miss out on the bonus points permanently, so taking your time to make sure everything is set is better.

While having groups selected use the touch pads to cycle through different battle/defensive formations (e.g setting them in a wedge or column).
The game will have a campaign where you lead many assaults on key points within the enemy territory to take back what is yours. Some scenarios will take place with you defending the points you have taken, so you will have to figure out new tactics when facing against siege equipment.

Game Title: The sky isn't the limit
Platform: PC
Overview: The sky isn't the limit is a small flash game played on the PC. In this game you start off with dreams to soar through the sky touching clouds and laughing at gravity. To achieve this, you are only left with your grandfather's old run down biplane. Lunch yourself each day from your hill top run way and try to fly as high and as far as you can. The player will be rewarded money for how far and high they have reached. The player will then spend this money on upgrading their aircraft (because what is this type of game without upgrades) upgrade weight to reduce your weight by using less dense materials, Increase thrust and lift and many other things.
After you make a certain height in the air, others will begin to get jealous and will stop at nothing to shoot you down and stop you from achieving your goals. Luckily your grandfather was in the way and the biplane has some machine guns attached to it. Dodge duck and weave through this while firing back to reach your goals in the sky. Of course guns will be upgradable too. By the end of the game you will probably have a modern looking jet, which of course means you are higher in the air, which of course means people are even more jealous of you and have hired more dangerous things to take you down.
