Broke up the workout today into two session. In the morning I did bench and deadlift. Maybe it's too early and I didn't eat anything my energy was just not there. Ended up missing the last 2 sets @ 195lb. Made up for them in the night session. My energy was much better at night. Probably because I'm properly fueled. Ended up pull a little rep PR on bench. Squat was not so great though. Probably the deadlift session in the morning have really fatigued my lower back.
