@Penbee Thanks! But I mainly used this style of drawing after watching another artist (p00se2, on twitch.tv), but I was not planning to use it at first. Later on I started using it, it was quite efficient and refreshing in my own "style" (if I can say that I have one). Plus it help a bit in the construction of the body (or any stuff) as it creates a more angular form.
I think about using bolder or lighter lines for the hatching and sometimes I use bolder ones but I fear that it can lose some reading in the drawing. I know I have sometimes (or often xD) problem with too much details and strong marks. And I know I need to work on values (on my lines and my colors when I add them).
Otherwise it don't take too much time (less that I was thinking) and yes it's kind of my favourite for drawing/sketching actually.
I like the use of the curved hatching marks to give the body more form! It is quite a good idea! Are you going to go back and add additional shading to create more of a light source? A bolder value scale might really help take these to the next level! How do you feel about them? Did they take very long to do? Are these your favorite out of your current work?|PB
