Didn't sleep well at all last night and was pretty tired throughout the workout. The speed of my squats was not as fast I'd like it to be. But, the deadlifts went pretty well. Last set was still pretty exhausting. Overall, I'm feeling pretty good about deadlift and squat. Bench, on the other hand, still needs much more work. My right shoulder pain is definitely not helping...
