Description: You are Doctor Alex Wu, who is a surgeon and has to attend to different patients arriving in the emergency area.
Five years ago, your wife died from a surgery you had to perform, and now you’re living with the trauma and memories of that day. You have to fight them.

When you begin surgery, you will have the opportunity to talk to the patient and forge a bond that will help you through the game. The game will have a "Surgeon Simulator" style gameplay only more serious. You have to be very careful with the surgeries you do because if you reach a high stress level you can have memories of your wife and you will start to despair and lose focus and you will lose.

To regain sanity you will have 3 tranquilizer pills that will make you follow the operation calmly; you have 3 chances before losing. To win is "simple", you just have to successfully operate on the patient.
