En los carnavales de Rio, se ha formado un caos. La gente se ha vuelto loca y todo el mundo se está matando entre sí debido a un pleito que formo El Sr. Love, el personaje principal. Desafortunadamente, este terminó provocando a todos los presentes en el evento pero ya todos se habían emborrachado. Entre todo ese tumulto de personas (hombres,mujeres,travestis, niños, LGBT, ect.) muchas tienen a mano objetos punzantes, cuchillos, martillos, botellas rotas de vidrio, gilettes, machetes, látigos, varas de hierro caliente, ect. Ahora, todo el mundo quiere matar al Sr. Love y este sufrirá de una peligrosa persecución hasta que logre salir de la ciudad y sobreviva a los ataques. Para ello, al Sr. Love se le proporcionará un machete y un crossbow con una infinidad de flechas que nunca se acabarán y que le permiten defenderse de cualquier ataque.
El personaje tendrá un nivel de vida que es de 100% en una barra en la parte inferior. Por cada ataque que reciba, perderá 20 % de su nivel de vida. A Love se le pueden aparecer almenos 5 personajes durante el juego que llevan motosierras. Si este no logra huir de estos, el jugador perderá el juego automáticamente. Cada agresor morirá si Juan los ataca 3 veces seguidas.
Para poder aumentar su nivel de vida, el jugador tendrá que beber botellas de cervezas o cualquier tipo de licor que se le presentarán a lo largo de su escape. Además, Juan tendrá la oportunidad de esconderse en lugares como edificios, hospitales, debajo de los carros, en baños portátiles, alcantarillas, mesas, casas (algunas estarán cerradas), camas, closets, grandes herbazales, salas de cirujías, ect.
No toda la multitud que sigue a Juan es atacante. Solo hay que fijarse bien quien tiene objetos de ataque y los pequeños brillarán en los atacantes. Si Don Juan logra matar a todo los atacantes (100 personas), ganará automaticamente el juego y el resto de la multitud que no es atacante dejará de seguirlo.
El juego te da hasta 4 vidas y tambien dirá cuantos atacantes matas (0/100) en un ícono durante el juego. Cada vez que Juan ataque a alguien, aparecerán chispas de sangre en la pantalla por unos segundos.
Nota: Los hospitales estarán llenos de personas que gritaran pero los agresores solo atacarán al Sr. Love y para apuntarle a alguien con el crossbow sería recomendable en la cabeza o pecho. Los niños no atacarán ni llevarán objetos punzantes, solo seguirán a la multitud borracha que sigue a Love. También, el. juego tiene 3 modos. El modo fácil, intermedio y hardcore. En el hardcore si es extremadamente Gore con mas sangre. Tu decides....

Gameplay:
You are a polar bear trying to get to the safe zone in alaska USA, the game is in third person and you will need to find ways to get to the safe zone, you will have the choice of killing the humans that get in your way to the safe zone.
But you will also have the option to not kill any of the humans that get in your way, if you finish the game without killing you will be rewarded with an unique skiing for your bear and a special achievement,
In this game there's no health bar, you will become weaker eventually if you don't eat anything in a certain time.
Also if you get hit by any mob, your hair will get bloody.
The game has differents maps, to show variety.
